Our community is centrally located with convenient access to downtown, shopping, and theaters. The unit includes a washer/dryer, stove, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave and is located on the first floor.
Note: there is a $100 flat fee for visiting animals. 2 night minimum stay required.

Our on-site amenities include excellent management, a large clubhouse and year round hot tub (pool seasonal, Memorial Day - Labor Day), fitness center and business center.

Great place to stay. Clean and comfortable.

This is a great place to stay when in Boise. It's centrally located. They are great to deal with and take care of things ASAP. This was our second time using it and will definitely stay again when visiting our son who goes to Boise State.

Perfect for us

This was an awesome way for us to save money on our trip. Everything was perfect. We enjoyed so much making most of our own meals as a family. It was affordable and really a very nice complex. Beautiful fountain right out the front. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Stay

Great 3 Bedroom condo... has 2 bathrooms, washer dryer, full kitchen with dishwasher. Non-smoking, but there is a little hint of evidence in the air that someone had previously smoked in the unit.

Good location. Nice place.

I stayed for 17 days while heling my son move. Unit was clean and easy to access. The assigned parking spot is really important as there is very limited other parking. It had everything needed to cook which was good since I was there for so long. The location of this unit is near the entrance to the building so people are constantly walking by. I was not comfortable opening the blinds or sitting on the porch. While the unit itself is nice, it is on the first floor and there is NO soundproofing. I could hear every step and crying child in the unit above, and at all hours. Even with that I would consider staying again because the loction is really good.

Very Disappointed

Typos in instructions will have you looking for a building that doesn't exist and wondering if left means right or left. Pool is full of debris and had ducks swimming in it, 4 towels total wouldn't have allowed for it anyway. No basics like shampoo, coffee or cooking spray to get started. property manager not enforcing neatness so kids bikes scooters and trash in the shared entry hallway and something that looks like a blood splatter on the lamp shade in the bedroom.

Great Stay!!!

The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Love the location since it was close to everything I needed. Spoke to a few neighbors, they were all very nice. Only problem was the door lock on getting door unlocked and locked, it was quite tricky, thankfully a physical key was provided as well but still tricky to use. Overall we enjoyed are stay and will definitely be returning.

Great location and lots of room

Good location and a lot of room, the master was huge, the only thing I wish we had known was that there would not be any washcloths or soap, we had to run out to the store, but the location was great for grabbing last-minute things.

Hostess was very quick to respond. Addressed the dirty bathrooms and towels we found upon check in.Parking is difficult. Other quest they found ants in the bathroom. Otherwise I nice place to stay.

Boise trip

The advance communication was excellent. It was a bit hard to make the lock and key work but my husband became a professional at it. The kitchen was well stocked, and this worked out so well for us to be able to cook most of our own meals and to allow the two grandchildren individual bedrooms.

Large condo - great value - accommodating hostess.

We stayed in this three bed/two bath condo for over a month. We found to hostess to be accommodating and easy to contact. The condo was clean and well supplied. It was especially good for us as it was ground floor with a ramp entrance and a walk-in shower. My husband is disabled, so we needed that. When my husband was injured (no fault of the hostess) we had to return home early. The hostess refunded all of the money for the time we were not able to stay. The condo is in a complex that is away from major roads, but convenient to shopping. Overall a very satisfactory experience.

Great place and accommodations

I had to come out for a weeklong business trip and my wife came out to hang out by the pool. This location was wonderful. It was convenient to downtown Boise and convenient to my office in Nampa. The furniture and accommodations were great. The beds were soft. The apartment had everything and anything you could think of the kitchen was well equipped. There are several grocery stores nearby and some wonderful quaint restaurants and cafés too, but we cooked several dinners at the apartment which was nice to have all the Items in the kitchen to use. If we come back as a couple for a week or several days, we definitely would use this apartment again. Communication with Stacy was great ability of getting in and checking out was extremely easy too five stars all the way around. Also, my wife spent a lot of time out by the pool and it was extremely nice and clean and well maintained, and there are actually several ducks that were floating in the pool at the same time. The apartment complex and pool are all very family friendly.

Great location and Nice Apartment

The apartment was fantastic! It’s right in front of the fountain. It was very clean and had everything you would need for your stay. The owner is very responsive. It’s also very close to many places and you get a beautiful view of mountains every time you step outside. Things you should know: The Blu-ray player has apps but they don’t work well. The beds are pretty firm, but the couch is very comfortable. I am not sure if the rest of the apartments are rented out, but I’m pretty sure they are. I didn’t have many interactions with the residents, but it should be noted that the apartment above this one has kids and, what I assume, is a big dog. There will be a lot of noise from running children and a big dog who is very active (but doesn’t really bark). The neighbors behind this have at least 2 dogs who bark quite a lot. I understand that this isn’t the owner’s fault, but I do believe that people who vacation here should know that the other units are rented by locals and may be noisy if the same people are occupying those units when you visit. Lastly, when looking for a reservation for our trip, we specifically looked for a place with a hot tub. This place does have a hot tub, but it’s communal. So, you would either have to drive or walk there due to the unit being almost at the very back of the lot. But, overall, this is a very good location, very nice unit, and very affordable.
