Summary:
Pure vacation and nature! The modern house is located in the small vacation home area in Boiensdorf, surrounded by fields and meadows, close to the sea.

The Space:
The vacation home is characterized by its very modern and comfortable furnishings and offers enough space for up to 5 people.

The light-flooded living room has a flat-screen TV and a comfortable sofa. There is also a large dining table and a fireplace in the room, from which you have direct access to the terrace and the large garden. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and a parasol, so that you can spend time together in the fresh air with your loved ones.

After a beautiful and eventful day, you can relax in the sauna, which is part of the accommodation. In the two bedrooms of the vacation accommodation you will then find your restful and well-deserved sleep in the comfortable beds. There are two single beds in the children's bedroom, one of which can be converted into a spacious double bed.

Getting Around:
From the terrace you have a direct view of the Baltic Sea and the Salzhaff, which is only about 800 m away. There is also a small natural beach here. The bathing area with shallow water on the shore is particularly suitable for children and there is a playground right on the beach. The Salzhaff is also a popular surfing and kitesurfing area (surfing and kitesurfing school in neighboring Pepelow).

Spend a varied vacation here in nature and yet not far from the cultural and urban events of the city of Wismar. The surrounding area is ideal for cycling tours and long walks along the beach and on the Boiensdorfer Werder.

Wismar (World Heritage Site) with its enchanting old town, colorful hustle and bustle at the harbor, the Wonnemar adventure pool and the zoo are only about 15 km away. The seaside resorts of Rerik and Kühlungsborn can be reached by car in 15 and 30 minutes respectively. Rostock and Schwerin are also always worth a visit.

Bed linen and towels are not included in the price of your stay. If required, you can book linen packages directly with us up to 5 days before your arrival. Please note that it is not possible to book linen if you book less than 5 days before your arrival date.

For stays of more than 2 weeks, an intermediate cleaning is carried out every 14 days for a fee.
