Professional staff, excellent clean rooms. Superb breakfast. A nice retreat from the chaos of Roma. The location is an easy walk down to the Spanish steps.

Perfect location for all venues. Quiet, clean, great amenities. Housekeeping immaculate. The concierge team went far and above to provide information for recommendations, called taxis, were very friendly and did everything possible to make our honeymoon enjoyable and memorable.

This is a good place for a no frills convenient short stay to explore the city. If you’re looking for comfort, the high noise levels (windows not double glazed) from early street cleaners /deliveries and late night clubs and bars, coupled with a thin trickle of hot water from the shower each day and basic rooms won’t be for you.

The room was comfy and quiet and the bed was plush. I found the staff to be friendly and welcoming. That being said, there are well documented short comings that need to be overcome, starting with the elevator. Only one was working and it is incredibly small.They did say we could use a freight elevator. The only other negative was the fixture to turn on the shower. It popped out of place. I would definitely stay here again and overall had a positive experience.
