This is not a hotel with a lobby or staff on site. You are given your code to get into the building the day of and there is no airport shuttle or luggage storage. The room was clean and there were 3 actual twin beds so that was nice but the decor and furniture are dated. It is very close to the castle so also a plus. One of our beds was extremely loud with very squeaky springs. We were not able to control the ac ourselves so we had to open windows but the street noise is very loud.

Feels like a Four Seasons- style luxury hotel - but without Four Seasons prices. Lovely elegant room with great bathroom. All the staff were super helpful. Also really appreciated the nightly happy hours and complimentary walking tour of Prague

The staff at this hotel went beyond the call of duty helping my friend who had a broken ankle and assisting me when I came down sick. In addition, they were always warm, friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. The Grandior Hotel was everything I wanted in a Prague Hotel. The room was very clean, all Staff were friendly and welcoming and the breakfast buffet had a wonderful spread. The location made it easy to see all of the attractions. I purchased the Hop on Hop off bus tickets right at the hotel.
