"Was hust average. Amenities were not put in the room. Top comforter was stained. Seemed like the housekeeper was not done putting everything in. "

"Did not have hot water in shower for 2 days. Front staff was advised and said an engineer would be sent to the room. Nothing was fixed on the first night."

"I informed staff my room had ants for 2 days and there was someone else’s dirty towels in the corner( which were not picked up by day 3) The elevator was on its last leg. The coffee and water in the lobby was nice-nice seeing security there at night"

"Good price for location. Standard motel accomodation, park in front of your room. Small, clean bathroom. WIFi and TV decent, microwave and frig. No on site food/beverage, but very close to many options. "

"I wasn't excepting much when I saw the photos of this hotel but I still booked. It was my first time here. The front desk staff, Nilsa, she provided awesome customer service. The room they gave was beautiful, compared to the ones on the photos. As for the rest of the hotel, very limited slot machines. The restaurant was not good at all. The cafe was not good either, their oven was bot working and were not serving any hot breakfast. So that was very disappointing. I will wait to come here again when they are done with their upcoming new renovations. "

"I was really upset because the reason I booked the room was to get a good nights sleep but my room alarm went off at 6 AM! I called the front desk but all they said was it was the former customers fault and that they would tell the manager so it won’t happen to other people. It ruined my day of stay because I had not slept enough. It should not be my responsibility to make sure the alarm isn’t set at 6:00am"
