La propiedad en lo general es muy limpia el personal muy amable en especial el ares del restaurante todos son excelente. Ecepto un problema k se fue la luz en el hotel como por 5 horas lo cual me hiso perder una reserva en un restaurante devido a este inconveniente

I like the location of the property and the breakfast. The staff is usually nice, however, I asked them about my upgrade and VIP treatment and they said they knew nothing of such, which changed my vacation mode.

The ceilings of the buildings are substantially too low and the guestrooms are dark and look outdated. Cold atmosphere. For this reasons, I will not go back.

The hotel was an excellent base for a week in Bogota for meetings. Staff was very helpful, the gym is excellent, location is central to Bogota's business district.

He venido hospedándome en esta VIP desde hace 3 años y el nivel de calidad ha venido en franco descenso.. 0 upgrade.. 0 amenities ni una botella con agua.. el desayuno viene de mal en peor.. le daré una oportunidad más por que a pesar de ciertas cosas quiero mucho y me gusta alojarme aquí..

The hotel is conveniently located approximately in the center of Bogota, where you can access the hotel’s transportation services and travel in any direction and be 10-30 minutes away. The staff is friendly, honest, and efficient, Air conditioning is being added in each room and should be completed in six to twelve months. The room was clean and quite large with a desk where i was able to work comfortably on a daily basis. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Neutral stay
Overall stay was neutral. The hotel and room was definitely outdated. You can see it has had better days in the past. There is no temperature control in the room, which means it can get warm given the limited air circulation. I am someone who likes to sleep in a cold environment and without the temperature control I didn’t get great sleep. I did not ask for the air condition to be turned on because I can see the vents had NOT been cleaned; small chunks of dust build up - gross. I was only in Bogota for a couple days so it was a manageable issue. Breakfast was the highlight. It was very comprehensive and allowed you to try some of the domestic cuisine, which I very much enjoyed and appreciated.
