Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

I didn't stay on the property

When I arrived at the property they claimed that I didn't have a reservation. I will never use this app again and I will make sure that everyone knows the awful experience of looking for a place to stay in a foreign country at 2:30 in the morning after a long flight. The worst experience ever
