I booked this place for my Mother, The room was very spacious, clean; very nice overall, speacially for the price. The location was also amazing. Very close to multiple landmarks and plenty of restaurants nearby. A place I would recommend if you are coming to bogota for 3+ days.

Loved Hemma Chapinero. Spacious and huge bed. Staff were lovely and always friendly. Breakfast was limited but still delicious, at times could get crowded as it was a small area. The shower head was very new to us however eventually understood how to operate. Overall a pleasant stay and would return as well as recommend to others.

Clean room, nice staff and good breakfast options for the price. I don’t know if they have airport shuttle since I used Uber instead. We were 4 guests so I would recommend bigger trash cans in the room and restrooms. Overall a good stay! We stayed 4 days instead of 3 and host connected my reservation so we didn’t have to switch rooms!

This is a hotel that has good value for the price. Make sure to get a room with a queen bed. They have some smaller rooms that have a unpractical floor-plan, TV’s in the wrong place.. Ect. If you get a room with a Queen bed , it should be very comfortable. The rooms are cleaned daily if you want. Unusual for Colombia. I stayed at luxury hotels and I had to beg them for clean towels and new sheets once a week, so this place is really good for the price. They have free parking, and a nice grocery store just 200 yards away. Only thing that is a problem is the shower, the hot water is very hard to find on there dial. If you turn it just 1/4 of an inch to the left, it gives you hot water, if you turn it anymore it goes ice cold. But that’s no a big deal for the price . I give this place 4/5. Don’t hesitate to book it, you won’t regret it. I’m from Los Angeles , and it’s amazing value.

Nice hotel for a budget

Good budget hotel. The hot water heater for the shower is not powerful enough, will be either a small trickle of hot water or just cold water. The area at night isn’t good but there is a grocery store just one block away and plenty of restaurants and stores nearby.

Staff were amazing and cleaning was superb. But the main issues were lack of proper hot water for showers and too much road noise coming even though room was on 5th floor. It is quite shocking that the apartments do not have proper hot showers. I complained 5 times and every time they tell me that someone will come soon and nobody came. I would never stay in this place again. Poor.

The breakfast was very limited. The rooms are not sound proof so you can hear your neighbours in the other room. The location was ideal since it is close to more than one supermarkets and food places, as well as bus stops. The area was also safe once indoors early. Overall my stay was not so bad

Well the front desk was amazing. Now the room, I was alone and had a double bed and 2 single beds!! Big too much and take a long of room in the place..I’ve been there before and still the hot water runs very very slowly. You should work on it seriously.. now the noice.. way too noisy, windows don’t close entirely properly.. windows very thin so I could hear all chat outside in front of the hotel and further down.. not too please the noice.. breakfast is a bit light/poor .. went there only once and not options .. very dust with the breakfast.. the best was the front desk and being able to have friends to visit free of charge during the day .. overall was ok but could be rate way better if some upgrades are done at the right places..
