Staff were amazing and cleaning was superb. But the main issues were lack of proper hot water for showers and too much road noise coming even though room was on 5th floor. It is quite shocking that the apartments do not have proper hot showers. I complained 5 times and every time they tell me that someone will come soon and nobody came. I would never stay in this place again. Poor.

Nice hotel for a budget

Good budget hotel. The hot water heater for the shower is not powerful enough, will be either a small trickle of hot water or just cold water. The area at night isn’t good but there is a grocery store just one block away and plenty of restaurants and stores nearby.

Nice comfortable place/room. Many options within walking distance. Felt very secure.. Second floor tend to noisy, due to garage and street. Need to step up cleanliness, specially the bathroom (hair). All in all, a nice place. Will I go back? YES! 0-5: 4.5 0-10: 7.5

I made a reservation 2 weeks in advance. When i arrived to check in they tell me the room is unavailable. It didn't ruin my vacation but it did change drastically the plans i had made for my last 2 days in Bogotá. Plus i wasted money on transportation, if they contacted me before arrival that would have been nice. Also they keep sending me "tell us about your stay" emails. Looks like a nice place though. Good luck!

There was no iron in the room, averytime you have to go and get it in the lobby and as soon you finish you have to bring it back , no hair dryer in the room eather ,hot water was a problem it keep putting off the breaker constantly, street noise was to loud in the room coudn't rest at all . we left the building after a week , even i paid 2 weeks in advance , i asked for a refund but said to do the process via Expedia , even i paid direct at the building it self . i had to book another hotel for me and my family to get good rest !

Excelente habitación, la rampa del parqueadero bastante incomoda para maniobrar, a pesar de la amabilidad del personal, no resolvían las solicitudes que se le hacian. Faltaron varios items de los ofrecidos en la pagina, como la mesita de planchar.
