Great place. Staff was fantastic. Little older hotel but classy. I think i upgraded maybe one level? Room was huge. Like an apartment. Safe area. Lots of restaurants. Restaurant at hotel was good.

The property was about a 10-13 minute walk from Parque de la 93, pretty safe area to walk around. The hotel staff were courteous and very nice. The hotel could use an update, it’s a bit outdated but that didn’t really hurt my impression of the hotel. I would stay there again.

The property is a bit dated but it is still a very nice hotel and it is certainly one of the few that actually has a bathtub in the room these days. The staff is excellent and the breakfast patio is very nice.

Worth your bag of money

Very price worthy hotel with big rooms and an ok breakfast. Located very central, close to a lot of restaruants and bars. Gym is basic, but you can do some exercisis.

The rooms are as expected, the staff is great, polite and always there for you. I enjoyed the breakfast and dinner at the hotel too. If the hotel had a gym, it would be my number one destination every time I am in Bogotá.

I've been coming to the Windsor since it was an Estelar. They have done a nice job in keeping the place in very good shape. The rooms are spacious and accomadting. My room had a microwave ans a large refrigerator. The bathroom is wonderful with a large tub. One major improvement is the wifi, the signal strength is excellent and reaches into the bedroom which was always a concern.

Nice, comfy, but needs upgrade!

Very nice hotel, with very friendly staff and a really good breakfast. WiFi was terrible and the hotel is in need of upgrades. Got stuck in the elevator that didn’t want to open the doors…..

Breakfast buffet was free and had a variety of choices to eat. It’s an older building, hardwood floors in the room. The only thing I didn’t like was the lighting, it’s yellow. Big living room space and apparently you can have a kitchenette. Really close to parque 93 and only 30 minutes from the airport. It’s safe, it’s in Classy Chapinero and close to the mall.

The staff at breakfast worked efficiently and gave me a good impression. However, there were not many menu items. I stayed for 3 consecutive nights, and when I came back after 4pm, I had requested the doorknob to clean the room, but it was still being cleaned.

I really enjoy staying at the Windsor House in Bogota. The location is amazing, within walking distance of a ton of dining and nightlife. The hotel is well kept although a refurb would be welcomed. Having said that, the room and bathroom are spacious. I would like to see improvement in 2 areas. Breakfast is very light on options and they do not offer made to order eggs which was disappointing. The second was the wifi internet. It was less than 5 mbps which is really slow in today's world. This is still a wonderful property and if above issue are improved then this is among the best options in Bogota.

I was so happy to see this property open again. I used to come here when it was Estelar and always loved it. The hotel is in excellent shape. The rooms are spacious and were well kept even during closing. My only critique is internet is fairly weak, especially in bedroom. If you are just using for whatsapp it's fine but for work it was spotty for my Teams meeting. Would definitely come back and hope they address the internet signal strength.

Mushroom debacle

The first night we were looking forward to a quiet dinner at the cozy restaurant; we waited half an hour for service and another 15 minutes for a drink of watee. The mushroom soup was deliciois but thebeef loin arrived cold. The next morning, noticed the towels were grey and we had NO hot water. The front desk told is polietly to let the water run. After filling up the bathtub with cold water finally the maintenance personnel arrived to tell us the hot was were it says cold and the cold is where it says hot. We tried breakfast which was included and found the service satisfactory, since they serve cafeteria style. The last evening, we decided to try the restaurant again, the mushroom soup that had been so delicious was now a heated cream with sliced mishroom and unedible.
