The rooms facing the avenue are impossible to sleep at night, the noise from the cars is intense, most importantly on a Thursday night, as per residents in the areas.

Overall a very good stay for the price you pay. Dayana Rodriguez and Gustavo in the reception, were outstanding with every question and concern we had. They were very caring and very friendly. It was our first experience in Bogota, and a very good one with this hotel. We came here for the U.S. Embassy, which is conveniently located less than 5 minutes in car. There are also a variety of shopping malls near by, such as Gran Estación. Plaza mayor and varies museums, are also about less than 15 minutes via car. Be aware though, the hotel is located near a very transit road, if you choose a room with a view, it is very loud; keep that in mind, if you are a light sleeper. Also, breakfast is pretty bland, and every day the same. But overall, it’s a pretty good stay, for what you pay for.

No AC/Heat, thus you had to have windows open. And very noisy due to traffic flow right by it. Staff was good, and room was clean. Breakfast was limited, but good.

Excelente lugar para quedarse en Colombia, muy buenos precios, ubicacion centrica, desayuno incluido y el portero Gustavo Ruiz es un excelente servidor y ofrece muy buen soporte. El lugar es muy limpio y las vistas del restaurante y las habitaciones son hermosas!

Basic hotel near Universidad Nacional
Conveniently located to airport, near Universidad Nacional, Transmilenio (bus). Room is basic but clean. Shower has plenty of hot water. Wifi is good. Breakfast in roof top restaurant is ok. Surrounding area is not too attractive. The hotel is located on a busy street and the rooms are noise around the clock as the windows are not sound proof. Some rooms have only windows to the corridor. Staff is friendly but English proficiency is very mixed and coordination from day to night is not very good. There doesn't seem to be a hotel shuttle.

Hotel close to downtown Bogota
Well located on Carrera 26 avenue where you can easily take a cab or Transmilenio (bus). The room was very clean, however it is very noisy 24 hours a day, lots of motorcycles and trucks pass by and it is very difficult to sleep with all that noise. There was no hot water to take a shower on the first day.

The hotel itself is ok, but the staff is AMAZING! From front desk guys, to Camila in the restaurant and Alejandro in concierge. Friendliest staff!!!
