Option for a short trip

The staff is very attentive and respectful. It is a very old and basic building. You can hear everything from the rooms on the same floor. Sheets and towels don’t look so clean (white/beige). Breakfast is not a buffet and is exactly the same option every day. It is in a great location.

The majority of the staff were kind and helpful. The room where we stayed had a non-functional sink, the faucet was leaking and the shower door had lots of mildew. The towels were old and stained and the bed was uncomfortable. The property owner needs to invest to fix the rooms and get new towels and sheets.

The only good thing about this property are the employees who were all super kind and helpful. The hotel thought it’s probably the worst hotel I’ve stayed in Bogota and it was not cheap by any means. It had a brothel feel. Super worn down, old and dirty. Towels were so disgusting that I opted for drying my hands in my clothes, thy looked like they had been soaked in mud and were not cleaned properly. The sheets were visibly dirty so kept my cloths and slept on top of them. There was toilet paper behind the chair by the window. Blinds didn’t properly work. Felt so unsafe without being able to properly lock the door that I stacked all my suitcases behind the door. The pictures online are super deceiving and the room looked nothing like the picture. I had planned to stayed there until check out but I couldn’t get out of there fast enough the next day. Truly awful hotel! Stay away! Also the elevator doesn’t go all the way to the top floor so if you have a lot of suitcases you’ll have to cling one floor with suitcases. This hotel desperately needs an upgrade.

This property was perfect. The staff could not be more friendly and helpful. I thought it was charming that they have a hotel mascot that is an adorable lab wearing a pink bow tie. Her name is Mila. I will absolutely be returning to this hotel for every trip to Bogota.
