The staff was incredibly accommodating:) Manual and the other front desk staff looked after all our travel needs. Johana in the restaurant was always full of smiles and making sure we were well feed. Brian at the front desk was awesome and got us into our room early as we had just travelled and had been awake for 22hours. I travelled a fair amount and this has been some of the best service I have ever had:) Great staff makes a great experience!!

The property is located in a very convenient area where you can walk to any shopping location and there are several dining options available. Staff is incredibly helpful and kind. Breakftast is very good. I didn't like the fact that our first room had a water leak through the shower glass door to the toilet and the glass door didn't close correctly so the water kept going out causing a mess. The staff reacted promtply and changed our room - our second room was ok, we were facing the main road so it was a little noisy. Very clean and comfortable. The size of the bathroom is very small compared to the size of the room. They left only one towel for each which made it quite inconvenient if needed a second shower through the day. There is poor attention to detail, one of the towels they left was very faded away and had a couple of holes in it. We ran out of soap and they didn't leave a new one. Coffee... Colombia has excellent coffee, why would you serve machine coffee? I have stayed in several HIE properties in Ireland, US, Guatemala and Nicaragua, so far, Nicaragua exceeds any expectations.
