I only stayed overnight for airport layover. Hotel is clean and modern, located in a residential area near main avenue. The rooms are a good size and beds were comfortable. It is quiet. More impoltantly it is 15 minutes from airport in traffic and they offer transportation every hour.

The hotel’s location is ideal if you’re attending an event at ViveClaro, just three TransMilenio stations away. It meets all Hilton standards — spotless rooms and great facilities. Unfortunately, the front desk staff seem poorly trained and their attitude was quite disappointing, at times even aggressive. Hilton Honors status made no difference during my stay. Despite this, I would stay here again given the convenience and overall quality.

Woman at check in was alone and talked to other guests for an extended time before helping me or calling for help. Dining area was confusing with special event going on. No options for breakfast with those leaving early. I prefer the Courtyard Marriott in Bogota and will return there for my next visit.
