Reservamos con una semana de viajar y el día del ingreso no pude llegar a tiempo y aunque llame a los teléfonos habilitados y enviados en la confirmación de la reserva no contestaron. Al llegar habían cancelado nuestras habitaciones sin avisarnos y tuvimos que buscar otro lugar a las 11 de la noche.

This is a great place for the price. You can either stay in a hostel with a dormitory of 5 other guests or have a single room to yourself for the same price. The price for what you get can't be beat.

Interessante, mas local desfavorece.

A hospedagem condiz com o valor cobrado. O quarto é relativamente agradável e os funcionários foram muito atenciosos. Nós não ficamos todos os dias em que planejávamos ficar por questões pessoais, mas também por causa da localização. A zona é muito frequentada por mendigos durante a noite e não há lugares próximos para comer. Nós nos sentimos inseguros.

Gutes Hotel fuer gutes Geld

Liegt in Chapinero. Alle Sehenswuerdigkeiten sind ziemlich leicht mit Transmilenio zu erreichen, obwohl sie relativ weit liegen. Restaurans, und 100 Fast Food-Laeden kann man fast vor der Tuer finden, wie ueberall in Kolombien. Es gibt auch einen Supermarket in der Naehe. Juan Valdez und Oma Cafeterias kan mann auch zu Fuss erreichen. Der Stadtteil sieht eher nicht angenehm aus ( alte Hauser, Strassen, komische Leute ), aber man fuehlst sich trotzdem sicher. In der Naehe gibt es eine Universitaet, wo man viele Studenten treffen kann. Personal im Hotel sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber, Moebel und Badezimmer waren im guten Zustand. Manchmal gab es Probleme mit Wi-Fi und heissem Wasser. Trotzdem wuerde ich auf jeden Fall dieses Hotel Touristen raten.

No respetan la reserva

No había reserva hecha Y no podían cancelarla ya que men hacían pagar el checkin, prácticamente obligado me tocó ir a otro hotel de la misma "cadena" en una zona diferente de Bogotá acarrandone gasto de transporte ya q no era mi zona de búsqueda, adicional a ello en la reserva decían desayuno incluido y no lo había

Hotel centrico para estar en la zona de Chapineiro

Me agrado que respetaron la reservación que hice en linea, cuando llegue estaban mis datos,la primer habitación que tome estaba decente,limpia, pero el colchón estaba muy duro, no hubo ningún problema al siguiente día pedí cambio de habitación me dieron una más grande y amplia con un colchón mucho mejor, saben que es importante cuando uno llega a descansar después de un largo viaje. Puedo recomendar a las personas que viajan a la ciudad de Bogota es muy seguro el hotel ubicado al norte de la ciudad muy cerca de la estación 63 del Transmilenio, todas las habitaciones tiene su servicio mini servir bar obvio con costo,tanto el personal de la recepción,como de la limpieza de los cuartos son muy amables. Ademas te explican para donde te quieras dirigir como moverte, cuanto te debe cobrar un taxi y cosas por el estilo. Muy recomendable para las personas que desean visitar la ciudad de Bogota.

Excelente custo x benefício.

Apesar de não ser luxuoso, o custo x benefício é muito bacana. Para servir de apoio para dormir, vale a pena. Houve um contra-tempo na chegada, quando a responsável falou equivocadamente que a reserva havia sido cancelada. Mesmo assim, a atendente se prontificou a resolver. Depois ela achou uma reserva, dizendo que era de apenas um quarto, quando estavam reservados 03 quartos triplos. De todo jeito, ela estava disponível a resolver. Ficamos em quartos próximo a avenida. O trânsito é bem pesado. Assim, sugerimos que peçam quartos mais silenciosos.

Would stay again

The hotel is a good budget option and good value for money. It's in a location which makes it easy to get to the transmilenio just a short walk up the road on Avenida Carretera 14, so you can get to La Candelaria, Monserrate or Portal Norte without too much difficulty. It's a direct line to direct line to Portal Norte & one change for the other two. I felt secure and the staff were very helpful eg with directions to the P500 direct airport bus just a short walk away when otherwise I would have got the transmilenio & had to walk further and change. My bed was lovely and hard and I got a good night's sleep. The hotel is fairly quiet.

Casa Paulina has a friendly staff and clean rooms. The neighborhood seems a bit rugged in the immediate vicinity, but it's only a few blocks from the downtown business district.

Un hotel para dormir, nada más.

Es un hotel que cubre lo básico, dormir y guardar equipaje, los baños son muy limpios, tiene agua caliente, tan necesaria en Bogotá. Puntos favorables: cerca de la estación de Transmilenio que conecta con el Centro (av. Jiménez,Museo del Oro, Parque Tercer Milenio, y la zona norte), cerca de Chapinero Centro, Iglesia de Lourdes, Centros comerciales, aeropuerto, las camas son bastante cómodas.etc. Puntos negativos: Demasiado ruido, la primer noche me costó dormir, pero me ofrecieron "tapa oidos", el personal del Hotel es bastante desconfiado, pero amables. Es una mezcla rara, no me siento descepecionado, pero tenía más expectativas. Para viajes turísticos, perfecto, sólo dormir. Aunque es extraño, puesto que en lo personal es la primera vez que me pasa en hoteles: Te cobran la noche anticipada, por lo que recomiendo pedir recibos o facturas de cada noche que pagues para evitarte contratiempos.

Helpful and kind staff + nice room

Location is not too far from tourist areas. Taxi ride was about $3 USD (8,000 Colombian pesos) to la candelaria area that is full of cathedrals, churches, museums, and the centro of bogotá. From el dorado airport taxi cab was 38,000 pesos ($13 USD, but I think I was overcharged). Hotel staff (Manuel??) was incredibly helpful, I was grateful for all the advice given and patience for my lack of colombian peso! Room had a funky chemical smell but I opened a window and that solved that problem. Plenty of hot water, large bed, closet and ample room since I was just 1 traveler.
