Staff are very helpful, they go the extra mile to make you feel at home. Breakfast is excellent, with fresh-cut fruit and fresh dishes every morning. The breakfast staff provided excellent service and were extremely friendly.

More than what I expected for the price

Great rooftop restaurant for free breakfast cooked fresh for each individual guest. Clean room, updated bathroom and nightclub and wine room in the main floor. What more can you ask for.

Muy bueno el hotel a nivel general, ubicacion, atencion del personal y limpieza, lo unico que sugiero es buscar la forma de que el olor a comida del restaurante del primer piso no ingrese a las habitaciones en la noche, es muy incomodo dormir con olor a comida del restaurante.

The only thing they need to look into is placing shower mats in the shower stalls because the tiles are easy to slide on. Other than that, the rooms are great, it is very clean and well kept, the beds are really comfortable and the staff is very helpful

Over all, the staff was wonderful and very helpful with getting us taxi to move around. Even though we did not speak much Spanish and they spoke no English. Our room was facing the highway so it was a bit noisy. Eating breakfast from the rooftop restaurant every morning was wonderful.
