Please is amazing great customer sevice at the front desk amd At the Buffet and Housekeeping too !!great location only 10 Minutes to the Gran estacion mall by Uber and walking distance to Restaurants and Supermarket Carullo but they are missing a Blender having 3 hotels in the same block is hard to believe that none of them has a Blender !!!

Accessible location if you need place at walking distance to Coferias. Smooth neighborhood. Some decent food options near by. My expectations were higher than what actually the property was. Breakfast is a caos , you get to eat what ever is available. Rooms do not have AC . So I guess you get what you pay for

Everything was good. Room was clean, breakfast is nice but don't expect to use the jaccuzzi. I made a reservation twice and on both occasions they told me it was not available because it was not cleaned yet.

Solo female traveler, here. I enjoyed it. Bogota is easy to get around with Uber, but other than that, it’s at a good spot near town. I felt safe, the staff was nice, I enjoyed breakfast. Comfortable bed and AC. I enjoyed the gym too.

The taxi service for the guests was great, very reasonable. And the frontdesk gentleman was one of a kind. We loved his personality and his overall professionalism, he was wonderful.
