Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort, communication

Left me and my family without a place to stay

They never ever opened the door, picked up the phone or replied a text. Nobody to talk to because nobody speaks English And forget about getting a refund!!! And they ask for more money in advance just to hold the reservation, more money apart from the reservation paid at hotels.com
