The apartment is located in a prime location with a beautiful view of Monseratte. It is also easily walkable to great shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. The staff was incredibly attentive and kind and the security at the front desk made me a single women feel very safe. The rooms were clean and spacious. I will be booking this place every time I come to Bogota.

Great three weeks stay for work in Bogota

I said at this hotel for a solo business trip. I was there for three weeks in a deluxe apartment and it was very comfortable and I also feel very safe. I love the 24 hour reception and security. I also love the location, which is right on Avenida Jimenez so whenever I walk out, there are well lit streets and people around.

ALL about property was great: location, staff, security, room, bed, black-out drapes, quiet, kitchen, showers, cost, except for ZERO WI-FI IN ROOM for all 3 days. You NEED Wi-Fi for flights, shuttles, lodging, Uber, restaurants, tours, mobile tickets, maps, calling home, weather, emergencies, etc and it’s unacceptable to keep going to the lobby or a restaurant you visited previously for Wi-Fi access.

The place was great overall. The apartment i was in did not have a working washing machine which would have helped since my luggage was lost on the plane. Also the bed was not very comfortable. Overall if the beds would be more comfortable i would 100 percent stay here again. Right now i am only at 85 percent. Location could not have been better.

The apartment is VERY clean and surprisingly modern in a place surrounded by the old and dirty city. The communication was difficult because I don't speak Spanish and they did not speak English. Organizing a shuttle to pick me up was a bit difficult and I was unable to do that until the day I arrived at airport, which added stress. But, the driver was very prompt when picking me up to take me back to airport. The apartment had a coffee pot but no coffee. You must bring all coffee, cooking oil, etc. And only one small bath towel and a small hand towel. The bed, sheets, pillows and warm blanket were excellent.

Customer service was very disappointing. Zero help at front desk. Zero help with a late check out after checking in late at night (no full just wanted me to rent another day so I could cook lunch at the rental.. the whole reason for renting there) NOPE... out at 12 noon then asked if i could use the second floor to eat my food I cooked early.. NOPE you can go to the park outside they told me. Horrible. At noon, they treated me like a guy off the street and not a renter.

Sara from the reception is nice. And thats all about it ! Room was very cold no heat. Curtain you can see through no privacy ! No tv ! No tv channels ! I was bored ! Towels weren’t clean. Bed also. No phone. Room wasn’t properly clean. I had reservations for 2 ppl. When checking inn they telling you if you not provide the persons name no one can come in later. What ??? Area very unsafe all day long. Specifically at night. I was so happy to leave that place. And oh yea. Never go back there.

C'était un bel appartement. Par contre le lit est très dur (je confirme donc un commentaire précédent sur Expedia). Je n'ai par contre pas aimé la vue qui donne sur la cours intérieure et tous les autres appartements. Pour moins cher et mieux je conseille plutôt Torre Aqua tout près de là avec une vue spectaculaire. Dans ce présent appartement on se sent isolé de la ville tout en étant dans son centre, ce qui donne une impression bizarre au logement

Las fotografías que usan para su publicidad son engañosas y falsas, pues las habitaciones no son como se ven. No hay climatización en el edificio, y el frío es insoportable. Como "solución" sólo te ofrecen . Las toallas estaban muy sucias, al igual que las ventanas y la habitación en general. El porta papel y porta toallas estaban oxidados. Reservamos ocho noches, pero sólo nos quedamos dos –y porque no nos fue posible encontrar hotel antes.
