"Since we arrive after 11pm there was not service airport shuttle vehicle from the airport to the hotel 🏨, we grab Uber to get there! The staff are very friendly, lot attention to customers so I give them A+ for really good service. The hotel is under renovation so there is some areas where you will see they are working but we didn't hear anything at all, they call us to chance rooms with the upgrade to a bigger room, the only really weird is the shower, either you burn yourself with hot water or get it cold because it was hard to make it stay in the middle, the room #1259 needs attention with the shower, anything else was great. The breakfast was wonderful so A+ for the great service with all that crew in the kitchen and common areas."

"The rooms are outdated, they look and feel old, and the air conditioning is very noisy and does not work properly (individual units on each room, hanging from the ceiling). I requested a change of room because of this and the new one was as noisy as the previous one. The shower is very weak and it takes a long time to get warm. So, wake up, turn the shower on and get a shower at least five minutes later. Not good! There are 2 hotels.... the lobby, restaurant and bar and the rooms. 2 different experiences."
