"We were celebrating my 70th birthday along with my three sons, their partners and four young grandchildren. The property was excellent, well-equipped and had a fair-sized swimming pool, which everybody enjoyed. We were there for 3 days and ate out for our main meals. The only issue was that the cleaners had let the owners down by not putting the bedding on in a couple of bedrooms. This was quickly resolved by the agent, Molly."

"We stayed for a weekend in early December. The weather was wet and cold so we made full use of the warm and comfortable cottage. The kitchen was well appointed, the beds were comfortable. The setting is fine with good views over the fields and woodland. Bridget was very accommodating too."

"Very spacious cottage, a comfortable bed for a king size (super king would fit easily). There was a large display cupboard for clothes but no wardrobe just some pegs on the wall. The plumbing was all good but running water caused a noisy pump to switch on. The kitchen was well equipped with an electric hob and a microwave combi oven etc. There was a wood burner in the lounge for the colder months but we didn't try this, two sofas and a library of books. The TV and WIFI all worked OK. Outside...
