"This hotel was truly a hidden gem! The spa and hot spring facilities were incredible – clean, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing after a long day. What really stood out was the genuine hospitality from both the staff and other guests. "The staff is very helpful. Location is very good, everything in walkable distance. Wifi is very good. We were staying at the Ground Floor room, where there are noises from the drainage system in the building all the time. There is often cigarette smoke smell in the apartment which we have to open the window at all times. "
