"Room was clean. We never saw staff the entire week we stayed. The breakfast was awful and there were very little food or drink options at the shop near the front desk. Hot water also went away very quickly. My family had to wait for hot water everyday. "

"Nice location and great room. I believe the walls may have been a lil thin but that’s really all as fas as complaints. The heater isn’t all that hot but it does get hot.. I also noticed a broken blind that goes on the window blinds. I really haven’t noticed it until hours later but I didn’t see the broken piece anywhere so im assuming this is a recent incident before my stay."

"The first day we had no running water. Someone showed on the second day and turned the water on at the curb- so the host was aware it was off. 2 days later while showering and getting ready for my mothers funeral someone showed up and shut down the water unannounced . There were not enough towels for everyone . They did deliver some towels 2 days later but not enough wash clothes which I purchased and laundered at my dads because even with water on clothes washer did not work. There were only 4 mugs in the house. The shower had years old mildew build up that I purchased cleaner for. I asked for some refund for all the troubles but was turned down Other than that everything was ok."
