Welcome to Villa Zeitlos, a modern destination for anyone who appreciates a relaxing stay on the Baltic Sea. Eleven high-end holiday apartments, including two exclusive penthouse units, offer the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday as well as for focused work away from the daily grind. 4K TVs, cosy sofa sets, and underfloor heating for cooler days are all part of the amenities, as is free Wi-Fi in all apartments.

Each holiday apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, and dishwasher, allowing guests to prepare their own meals at their leisure. The manageable number of units also ensures a pleasant, family-like atmosphere that stands in stark contrast to the hustle and bustle of larger complexes.

The location on Seestraße places guests in close proximity to the Baltic Sea coast—ideal for beach walks, water sports, or simply relaxing with a view of the sea. The surrounding towns, with their cosy charm, also invite you to explore, while the nearby Hanseatic cities of Rostock and Bad Doberan offer cultural highlights.

Whether for a family holiday, a romantic getaway for two, or a quiet retreat for work-related projects, Villa Zeitlos offers the perfect apartment for every need. With its thoughtfully designed amenities and quiet yet well-connected location, it combines comfort and relaxation on one of the most beautiful stretches of the Baltic Sea coast.
Spanning a generous 150 square metres, this holiday apartment in Villa Zeitlos offers a special holiday experience for two people. The ocean view from the rooftop terrace invites you to relax, while the proximity to the beach makes it easy to take spontaneous walks along the Baltic Sea.

The apartment features a tastefully decorated living area, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, coffee maker, and other appliances, as well as a double bedroom. A separate bathroom with a walk-in shower, free Wi-Fi, and satellite TV ensure comfort throughout your stay. A high chair is also available for families.

A parking space is, of course, included with the accommodation, though a private vehicle is recommended to explore the surrounding area with flexibility. The holiday rental is smoke-free and pet-free, ensuring a pleasant and allergy-friendly atmosphere. Children are warmly welcome.
