Guzel fakat zayif

Oncelikle servis elemanlari ve onburodaki beyefendi cok kibar ve yardimseverdi. Calisan iki hanimefendi vardi otelde. Biri onburoda biri de animator. Animator cok guleryuzlu ancak onburodaki otelde gordugum tek gulmeyen kisiydi. Yemekler cok kotu. Normalde acikbufede mutlaka minimum 2 ana yemek bulursunuz. Burda yalnizca pilav ve makarna yiyebiliyorsunuz. Bu arada turistler gayet guzel yiyiyor onda sorun yok. Ama bizim icin biraz sıkıntılıydı. acik bufe o kadar kucuk ki, ama sira olmuyor. Sadece secenek yok. Denize 0 olmasi guzel. Cocuk havuzu denmis ancak daha cok ayak havuzu gibi. Ne yazik ki turistler ayak yikiyorlar. Hizmetin, calisanlarin bu kadar iyi oldugu bir otelde biraz da yemekler guzel olsaydi harika olurdu. Belki biraz daha secenek sunarlarsa diger aciklar kapanabilir. Ornegin acik bufeyi restoranin yalnizca bir tarafina sıkıştırmak yerine boylu boyunca uzatsaniz harika olur 😊 icecekler hep gazsiz. Yalnizca 3 shot gin alip kendiniz karistirirsaniz bir kokteyl icebilirsiniz. Tek shot mumkun degil. Full bira icecekseniz okey ama. Onda sorun yok. Ama gazli iceceklerde gaz yok. Tam kumsalin onundeki cafe/bar ucretli. Kumsaldayken icecek almak icin yukari cikmaniz gerekiyor. Snack saatinde cikanlar cok zayif. Tek cesit (1 gun hamburger, bir gun pide cikti.) en azindan surekli bir patetes kizartmasi olsa bu acigi da kapatabilirler. Cunku herkes patates seviyor. Ilk gun cikan tavuk nuggeti 3. Son dakika plan değişikliği ile rezervasyon yaptığım Tiana Otel'deki 2 gece konaklama süresi boyunca herhangi bir olumsuzluk yaşamadım. Rezervasyon esnasında aşırı olumsuz eleştirileri okuyunca biraz çekincem olmustu. Fakat sonuc olarak beklentimin üzerinde bir hizmet aldım Gözlemlediğim kadarıyla Yönetim işleyişi yakından takip ediyor. Güzel bir yaz sezonu geçirmelerini dilerim.

Fiyatı uygun olunca kalite tamamen ortadan kalkmış. Odada kötü bir koku vardı. Her şey dahil ama herhangi bir şeyi yiyebilmek pek mümkün değil. Snack saati, kek saati vs diye söyledikleri şeyleri gördüğünüzde anlayacaksınız. Çalışanlar da gelenler kadar mutsuz. Yüzlerinden anlaşılıyor. 1 günlük kaldığımız için pek sorun olmadı. Akşam yemeğini dışarda yedik. Ama uzun kalacaksanız bir düşünün derim.

Chambre vétuste très ancienne Climatisation qui marche mal et qui fuis de l’eau dans la chambre salle de bain très humide et des odeurs insupportables , on a attrapé des personnels des chambres entrain de fouiller dans les affaires on a remonté l’information à l’accueil aucun réponse de leur part ni d’excuse lit pas comfortable, restoration est très critique et immangeable le seul point positive c’est les personnels qui étais accueillant .

Ekonomik ve her şey dahil bir tatil için son derece cazip bir yerdi. Otelin tek dezavantajlı yanı merkezden yarım saat mesafeli oluşu.Denize sıfır sahili sin derece güzel, daha da geliştirilebilir elbette. Temizlik ekibi haric hic memnun kalmadim. Yemekler Türk mutfagina uygun değil, sicak su olmazmi bir otel malesef yok. Arizaliymis defalarca dememize rağmen yapildi denilerek yapilmamasi.
