A huge disappointment - Really not as advertised

In short - we left a day before our original departure date. more details: 1) The water park is really in a separate location - you need to walk 300 meters on a road w/o a sidewalk 2) The staff is as rude as it gets - especially Habib from the front desk 3) They cater well to Russians and French folks as well as locals; Americans are not as welcomed and the language is an issue 4) Guest and staff smoke every where - there isn't one spot in this hotel that is smoke free - it was a real nightmare 5) There are cats inside the restaurant - talk about feeling safe while eating 6) Free Parking - NO, they have 10 spots on site and the rest is parking on the street at your own risk

Abuk sabuk yorum yapanlara bakmayin dun ciktim otelden. Gayet guzel hos samimi temiz bi otel. Ne beklediginize bağlı. Biz cok keyif aldik. Hersey güzeldi. ozellikle aquapark muhtesemdi.Tekrar gitmeyi dusunurum. Yani memnun kaldik gayet.

Skuffet - bortset fra vandland!!

Da vi kom havde de ikke et værelse til os, så vi blev indlogeret på deres partnerhotel der lå 300 meter nede af vejen for den første nat og skulle herefter så flytte over på det hotel vi rent faktisk havde booket. De kompenserede os på flere måder, meeeeen flere af de ting som de kompenserede os for var noget som vi havde en klar opfattelse af allerede var inkluderet. Såsom fx adgang til vandlandet i weekenddagene - det kostede normalt penge. Vandlandet ligger forresten 300 meter væk fra hotellet, hvilket man måske heller ikke lige fanger udfra beskrivelsen. Maden er ikke fantastisk og især aftenbuffeten der først åbner kl 19, er lidt sen for en børnefamilie. Der er ikke wifi andre steder end i receptionen og i restauranterne og værelserne er lidt små i det. Heldigvis var ungerne fuldstændigt vilde med vandlandet, så det reddede hele ferien! Topkarakterer til vandlandet - resten er ikke så fantastisk som det giver sig ud for.

Açık büfe zihniyetine göre öğlen çıkna yemeği ertesi gün akşamda görebiliyorsunuz. Oteldeki ilk günde salata ve zeytinyağlılardan alayım dedim ama yarısı bozuk, kokmuş ve ekşimişti. O bölümden de köktü kokular yayıldığı için midem bulandı, pilav, makarna ve et sote her öğünde değişmez menü, yanına balık kroket ya da tavuk kroket bu kadar. Bir gün pizza çıktı diye sevindim üstü az pişmiş altı çiğ, resmen hamurdu alıp yuvarlanabiliniyordu. Rusların doldurduğu otelde yemeğin başlama saatinden yarım saat geç gidince ana yemekleri, sabah da kahvaltıda birşey bulmanız mümkün değil. Salata çeşitleri aynı, birine biraz mısır serpiştirilmiş, diğerinde bütün marul yaprağı gibi..... Zeytinyağlı birşey yok denecek kadar az, olanlarda bozuk.... Yataklar eski çökük, bunun dışında her gün havlu ve öarşafların değişmesi, temizlik çok iyi. Deniz, plaj çok güzel. Kalabalık olsa bile bişr şezlong bulabiliyorsunuz. Konumu da gayet iyi. Yemeklerin kötü olması ve yatakların eski, konforun olmaması dezavantaj.
