Hôtel médiocre qui ne vaut même pas une étoile

Hotel nécessite de rafraîchissement. Tout est très vieux. Les lits sont confortables et le cadre est pas mal. En gros les seuls points positifs. Le personnel ne parle que turk, et ils essayent de vous sous tirer de l'arget pour chaque service. Dans un hôtel tout compris c'est pas normal que moitié des services soient payants. En gros chèr pour ce que c'est.

Otel fiyatına göre gayet iyi. Yemekler 4 yıldızlı, ama 5 değil, bildiğiniz beyaz et ağırlıklı konsept. Çeşit çok az, lezzet fena değil. Housekeeping problemli, 2 gün arka arkaya odamıza uğramadılar, ama uyarılarımızı dikkate alıp, hatalarını düzelttiler. Deniz ve plaj Akyarlar kalitesinde değil. Personel sezon sonu olduğundan biraz yorgun ve sıkılmıştı, ama iyi niyetliler.

Oda temizlik gayet iyi. Ancak sıcak su yeterince sıcak akmıyordu ama yinede çok rahatsız edici değildi. Hatta düzeltmelerini bile talep etmedim tamirat için geldiklerinde rahatsız edilmeyim diye. Oda no:5403 tü yanlış hatırlamıyorsam

yorumlar her ne kadar ürkütse de burayı tercih ettik ve yorumların ne kadar abartı olduğunu gördük, evet ufak tefek eksikler var mı var fakat burada abartılan kadar ciddi hiçbir şeyle karşılaşmadık. odamız ferahtı nevresimler banyo ve havlular oldukça temizdi. personellerin neredeyse tamamı gençlerden oluşuyor ve rica ettiğimiz hiç bir isteğimiz geri çevrilmedi ilgili ve özverili olarak çalışıyorlar yönetici kadrosu ise gördüğüm kadarıyla saçma sapan şeyler için çalışanlara laf söylemekten öteye geçmiyorlar. yemekler çok fazla çeşitli değil fakat olanlar ise lezzetsiz ve kalitesiz değil aç kaldım diyenler ne bekliyorlardı acaba . otele dair bir sorun değil ama müşteri profili biraz köti sabah saatlerinde havuz veya deniz kenarına sezlonga havlu bırakmazsanız sezlong arayabilirsiniz.

Otelin plajı kumsaldan girmediğin sürece fena değil plaj kısmındaki barda sıcak içecek(kahve,çay)olmaması tuhaf ve plaj kısmında snack olmaması ve diğer havuz kısmından plaja snack götürülememesi saçma.Standart tek büyük yataklı odada konakladık oda güzel diyebilirim.Otel bünyesinde çalışan garsonların üslupları gereksiz samimi.Hepimiz sonuçta işimizi Yaparken ciddiyet ile yapıyoruz,aynı ciddiyeti onlardanda beklerdim.Havuz kısmı çok temiz durmuyor kıyafet ile giren var.Suların kapalı şişede bulunması bi artı.Akşam Yemekler fena değil,kahvaltı güzel.Wifi nin 15₺(Günlük) ücretli olması çok ayıp.Bunun peşine düşülmez yani Genel olarak bakarsak birdaha tercih edeceğim bi otel değil.

Huzurlu güzel bir tatil..

Otel konumu ve imkanları iyiydi. Personeli güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Bayram tatilindeki doluluğa rağmen hizmetlerinde bir sıkıntı yaşamadık. Özellikle restoran bölümündeki Arif Bey e teşekkür ederiz. Otelin deniz ve havuz imkanları da gayet güzeldi. 4 yaşında çocuğumuzla sıkılmadan tatil yaptık. Teşekkür ederiz.
