Lovely hotel, pool area and beach front overall really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others. Some things people may want to be aware of though: -loud music by pool area which is heard to the rooms playing till around 11pm every night. - cocktail drinks are quite strong rather than mixed for taste, often had the same cocktails taste different to each other, depending who pours so no consistency. - lovely Starbucks in hotel that is part of all inclusive! - people secure the nice beds with their towels and personal belonging from the morning but are hardly at the pool, feel the hotel should not allow this as people actually at the pool can’t enjoy the comfortable beds. -walkable distance to a Main Street with other restaurants (mainly other hotels), however felt other harbours had a bit more options. -food at buffet for breakfast, and dinner is average , they serve the same thing every night.

Fantastisk og enestående ophold!

Fantastisk ophold, Ozi reception manageren var tilgængelig på WhatsApp og hjalp med ændringer til vores rejse i sidste øjeblik, hvor han bød vores to børn velkommen på hotellet med os. Ozi hjalp også med tryg og komfortabel transport til og fra hotellet. Alt personalet på hotellet var så gæstfrie og høflige, samt søde ved alle børn. Rigtig god og varieret mad. Vi var trygge under hele vores ophold. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage :-)

20 Mayis 2025 Salı - 23 Mayıs 2025 Cuma arasi otelde konakladım. Oda servisi muazzam, her kahvaltı plaj yemek aksam etkinlik saatlerinde odalar temizleniyor ve düzenleniyordu. Havuzu büyük ve temizdi. Denize iskeleden ve plajdan girilebiliyor, ikisi de temizdi. Deniz zsten pırıl pırıldi. Yemekler gayet güzeldi, lezizdi, çeşit sorunu yoktu ve personelin ilgi alâkası eksiksizdi. Pool barda gündüzleri Elif hanım akşamları Kaan bey ve Starbucksda Gülçin hanım işlerini mükemmel yapan insanlar. Fırsatım olursa tekrar gitmeyi düşünüyorum.

Bodrum’un en güzel koylarından biri olan Gündoğan’da konumlanan Baia Hotel; sunduğu manzara, temizlik, yeme-içme imkanları, hizmet kalitesi ve çalışanların misafirperverliği ile çok memnun kaldığımız bir adres oldu. Oda temizliğinin her gün düzenli yapılması, mini barın yenilenmesi, havuz ve deniz kenarı alanlardaki hizmet, akşam gerçekleşen etkinlikler memnuniyetimizi arttıran detaylardı. Arkadaşlarımla çocuklu bir ekip olarak yaptığımız bu tatilden herbirimiz mutlu dönüyoruz.

Agréable séjour à Bodrum

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans cet établissement. Tout était parfait, aussi bien la nourriture que les services proposés (animations). Un bémol, nous avions un véhicule électrique et il n’y avait qu’une borne de charge qui ne fonctionnait pas très bien.

Gündoğan koyunda fiyat-performans olarak çok iyi bir otel. Denizi ve iskelesi çok güzel. Memnun kalmadığım tek konu odalar oldu, yenilenen odaların banyosu halen eski, küvetimizden zemine çok fazla su sızıyordu, giriş kat odamızda karınca, örümcek vs vardı. odaların olduğu bölümlerde Daha iyi ilaçlama yapılmasını öneririm

Otel eski bir otel ama yeri ve konumu şahane,temizlik iyi, ana restoran çok yoğun ama gayet güzel idare ediliyor, yemekler herşey dahil bir otelde olduğu gibi standart, la vela restoran çalışanları çok yoğun siparişlere yetişemiyorlar sürekli unutuyorlar yemek kalitesi bu restorantta biraz düşüyor. Denizde plajda hizmet veren bar çalışanları işlerini gayet güzel yapıyorlar. Konakladığım süre boyunca sadece La Vela restoran olarak geçen ve öğle yemeği hizmeti veren yerden pek memnun kalmadım onun dışında diğer hizmetleri gayet iyiydi.

Çalışanlarla ilgili ciddi sorun var. Lakayıtlık hat safhada. Otel güzel imkanlar da öyle ama aldığınız servis her şeyi kötü etkiliyor. İyi servisle şahane bir otel olabilir
