Bathroom - Bath with shower over, WC and basin.
Kitchen - Large well equipped kitchen with kitchen table with seating for four. Gas hob / electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, cafetiere and integrated fridge (freezer in utility room).
Sitting Room - Sofa and 2 armchairs, Smart TV with Freeview and DVD player and log burning stove.
Utility Room - Located outside and houses a dryer and freezer.
Outdoors - Large 1 acre garden - mainly lawn, (note it is not fully enclosed). Trampoline with safety net, garden furniture and charcoal bbq.
Parking - Off road private parking for 3 cars.
Children - Travel cot (no bedding) and highchair provided upon request.
