In a central, yet quiet location near the beautiful Lake Constance, the charming apartment “Gartenstraße” is on the first floor and impresses guests with its beautifully-decorated interiors and its spacious outdoor area. This 70 m² apartment consists of a light-flooded living room with a sofa bed for 2 people (request it to be used as a bed in advance), a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (with 2 single beds each), as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, cable television and a baby cot (on request). The absolute highlight of this property are the spacious, private garden and the sunny, furnished terraces where you can enjoy the fresh air while relaxing with a glass of wine after a day discovering the region. Shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are just a short drive from the property while the closest beach, Strandbad Nonnenhorn, is 5.25 km away. You will find a shopping centre just 250m away, while you will find shops, restaurants, bars and cafes in the immediate vicinity. A bus stop and a train station are also nearby (at 450 and 400m respectively), and they are really convenient if you want to visit the surrounding villages. The famous Lake Constance is just a 15-minute walk away, and here you can take a boat at the Lindau - Bad Schachen port and visit the countless sights in the region. If you want to take a refreshing dip on a particularly warm day, you can swim and sunbathe at the Lindenhofbad (just 20 minutes walking from the accommodation).Our gourmet guests will also enjoy a visit to the numerous wineries and typical restaurants near the apartment.

Directly behind the house there are tracks where trains run every half hour between 4:15 and 23:15 on the Lindau - Kempten line. However, our guests rarely complain about the noise.

Wir haben die Wohnung als homebase für Segel-Tagestripps ab Gohren genutzt…. Anfahrt 15min.Die Wohnung ist umfangreich ausgestattet, hat 2 Terrassen und ein gut sortierter Rewe Supermarkt ist 300m entfernt. Der Vermieter aber auch die Nachbarn sind freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Zu Fuss vieles erreichbar.
Sehr schöne,saubere, helle, moderne Ferienwohnung, gut ausgestattet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, die Kids hatten ihren eigenen Bereich. Kommunikation mit Vermieter super und ohne Probleme. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bahn zu Fuß erreichbar.
