"Excellent Vietnamese food with western options also available for evening meals. Good breakfast in a bright dining room. Bed was comfortable, shower was a very good size and with both a rain head and a detachable wand. Only detractor was a water pump which could be heard any time water was used from a number of rooms but this did not stop a good nights sleep. "

"Blown away, it was really beautiful and everything we needed was there. The whirlpool bath was a lovely surprise and the beds were super comfy. we had a brilliant time - way better than the caravan we were considering! near cornwall services, 5 mins away, with a coop, taco bell, greggs, mcdonalds and amazing pizza place - we went here most nights! Michael the host gave us plenty of info and made sure we were happy. I highly recommend and having 2 bathrooms was also pretty good for a family!"

"Keepers cottage was lovely. It is absolutely ideal if you have dogs. There is a large enclosed area where your dogs can run plus there are spacious kennels if you need to go out and leave your dogs. We didnt use this as we took our dogs with us but it was great to have this option. The bedroom, toilet, shower room was downstairs and the living room was up the stairs. There was a lovely balcony leading off from the living room where you could enjoy the views, unfortunately we didnt get much use out of this due to the weather not being too good but would be amazing on a nice day/evening. We were visiting the Eden project and this was a perfect location, only a 25 minute drive. I would highly recommend this accommodation. Caroline and John give you your privacy but aren't far away if needed. Thank you so much for all your help with our issues."

"We decided to go away for Christmas 2023 and wanted somewhere peaceful, comfortable and dog friendly, close to where the rest of our family were staying and preferably with enough ammenaties provided so that we could just relax and enjoy our stay. Grooms Cottage was exactly that and we honestly could not have asked for more. Everything from start to finish exceeded our expectations and couldn't have been more perfect for us. The cottage is absolutely beautiful and has everything you need and more!! The hosts have thought of everything, there's a welcome pack full of useful information you might need and instructions/manuals for all the appliances ect in the cottage so you never have to spend time wondering where anything is or how something works because it's all provided. Caroline (The Host) couldn't have been more accommodating, and we arrived to find, she had left us some wood for the fire, milk in the fridge, a basket of christmas goodies (mince pies, chocolates ect) and a lovely bottle of prosecco to go with it which I can honestly say was such a lovely surprise and very much appreciated. We all had a fabulous time at this very special place, (including our precious little dog, Max who was absolutely living his best life) and we would definately go back for more! "
