The holiday apartment Ferienwohnung 2 Aachhorn, 65qm with step-free access and interior is located in Bodman-Ludwigshafen and boasts a beautiful view of Lake Constance. The 65 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, a washing machine as well as a dryer. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This vacation rental features a private balcony for your evening relaxation.

The Bodenseeresidenz is located on the outskirts of the village and yet close to all the action. You can easily reach the town center in no time at all. You can reach the sports facilities on foot in just a few minutes. Lido, sports hall, football pitch, tennis court, sports boat harbor or windsurfing nature reserve Ried and forest - all right on the doorstep. Surrounded by spacious green areas, we created the Bodenseeresidenz, a spacious building with upscale furnishings, during the conversion and renovation of the family home in 2014. The house meets modern requirements in terms of energy and CO² savings and living comfort. A lift and maximum accessibility ensure that both young and old feel at home. The apartments are also low-energy thanks to the careful choice of fittings and building materials. The underfloor heating with tiles ensures a maximum healthy indoor climate. The generous use of glass surfaces ensures light-flooded, inviting rooms. The power of the sun is used as a natural source of energy.
