"The counter staff at reception were very poor as was the manager. They should explain which color section the room is located not just the number. They should have adequate supply of small bills to assist guests in paying for transportation. It took two emails over a week to receive a response about local transportation charges from the hotel. They should be more attentive. The other staff were great. "

Service, food, the hotel, cleanliness and just general guidance about the city - you name it and you’ll get it. Mr Upadhyay is a gem of a person and really sorted out tour in Varanasi! Much better than Radisson where I’ve stayed 2 nights - if you find this hotel, do t skip - you’ll be pleased "

"Very nice place, clean, well designed and maintained. 15 Minutes walking distance from Mahabodhi temple. Very kind and attentive owner, always in touch and very informative. Includes discount for taxi service and next door restaraunt, menu available in the room! Going to return here. 👍"

"My stay was terrible on many counts. Most importantly, the GM was rude and discourteous and not inclined to take feedback. There are many other issues but the main issue of rude behaviour is the main factor I will never consider this hotel again. "
