"We loved everything about this hotel. It felt perfectly Spanish. The building is ancient, and the hotel is so charming... the walls are old stone; the floors are beautifully preserved antique wood. The curtains are hand-made linen. But the beds are great, the sheets are crisp and soft; the towels are snowy and huge; the pillows are soft and plentiful. The room was way nicer than the low price deserved. The courtyard is gorgeous, and breakfast is in a great little cafe."
"Good, no frills hotel at a decent price. Bed, bath, size all fine, clean. There is a good bar (and restaurant maybe) attached to the hotel that is popular with the locals and less touristy than most. Plenty of street parking. Just outside the main tourist area (3-5 mins walk to Alcazar). "
"El hotel tiene potencial en un futuro, cuando terminen las obras que están realizando. Como puntos negativos: hay recepción de 8.00 a 17.00, no hay cafetería - restaurante abierto, por lo que sí quieres comer o beber algo te tienes que desplazar en coche, por las puertas de la terraza entra aire, ahora estamos en verano pero en invierno no tiene que ser nada agradable. El parking es de tierra y todo el alrededor se ve que está sin terminar. Bajo mi punto de vista, no debería tener 5*."

"From the moment we arrived at hotel, which was almost midnight, we were treated like family. The warmth and attentiveness of Alberto made our first night unforgettable. We were welcome by two drinks and Alberto set up the perfect temperature of our room to our like. During our visit, I unfortunately got stung by a wasp, but the way the hotel mobilized to assist me was truly remarkable. They quickly provided a tweezer to remove the stinger, applied alcohol, and even offered mud from the spa to soothe the pain. The staff kept checking on me, making us feel cared for and loved.
The accommodations were impeccable. Our room was clean, spacious, and featured the most comfortable mattress, ensuring a restful stay. We also enjoyed an excellent selection of ambient music that added to the relaxing atmosphere. A special shoutout to Lorena and Belén at the front desk—they exemplified true hospitality, helping us store our locally purchased cheese and chocolate and booking all our activities since our Spanish is not proficient.
The spa was a highlight of our trip, offering various treatment pools and saunas that left us feeling rejuvenated.
One of the most memorable experiences was the wine tour led by Mr. Mogul. His passion for winemaking shone through as he spent nearly three hours guiding us through the process and allowing us to taste some outstanding wines from this amazing winery.
100% recommend it to anyone! And thanks to all staff and the business owners!"
"This is a charming hotel on the edge of the town of Toro. We found parking right outside the hotel very easily when we arrived at the check-in time.
Absolutely stunning views of the whole area from our bedroom and the restaurants within the hotel
The hotel receptionist spoke fairly good English and was really kind and suggesting places we could go and try the local wine. The place is just turned out to me Ideal as we managed to join another group who are having a tour which is something we have been unable to book before we arrived, so we were very pleased.
We ate in the hotel in their café because it was raining. It was all inside but if it was warm, you could sit outside and have a lovely view. The restaurant staffs English was a bit patchy and our Spanish is even worse but with the use of Google Translate we managed to order a meal we ended up having the biggest steak I’ve ever seen in my life a bottle of wine a salad and potato croquettes as part of a package deal for two people which came to about €52, which was really good value in our opinion
The room was basic but very Spanish decent size bed ideal to crash for a night and in my opinion very good value. If I was coming through here again, I would return . I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place for someone else to stay.
