AMAZING OCEANFRONT VIEWS overlooking the private beach at the Boca Grande Club
10/10 Excellent
"We loved our stay here! The views from this condo were absolutely amazing and we loved waking up each day to seeing the beach! It had everything we needed with the perfect amount of dishware and supplies! The owner was very communicative and made sure that we had the best stay possible. Beach chairs were set up each day for us with umbrellas and it was just beautiful and so relaxing! The only downside was the construction they were doing on the main pool and tiki hut.We would definitely stay here again on future trips!"
"The photos are deceptive. It feels like a sad motel by the side of the road. The staff is super friendly, but they have nothing to work with. The property is dark, dingy, and in a strip mall."

"Condo was very clean and had everything you could possibly need. Sam is an awesome host. Great communication very prompt with responses. Goes out of his way to make sure you are comfortable.Walk down 1 flight of steps and your toes are in the sand! Gulf water is amazing. We hope to return next year and possibly a longer stay."

Stunning Beachfront Home 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home on Boca Grande
8/10 Good
"Amazing location, directly on the beach and not a bad golf cart ride to town! Overall we did enjoy our stay because of the views and convenience of a pool. Great communication from the host- pool needed water and cleaning, they had someone out that day! Negative/feedback: unable to turn A/C down below 74 and it got hot especially in guest bedrooms. Could definitely use some ceiling fans in rooms if the A/C will be an issue."
4 Bedroom Beach House With Stunning Views Of Boca Grande Beach And The Gulf!!!!!
4/10 Poor
"We loved how close the house was to the beach and that was the highlight for us. Unfortunately the communication was extremely poor. Linda said she’d buy a beach cart/wagon if we booked, and once we booked, later she said she couldn’t get it.. Next, we never received our check in information prior. We arrived at 8pm, and I had to call Linda to get the code. It was very dark and we had little kids. Her communication on the phone was a bit rude too saying “I was JUST typing the message to you.. it’s on the message I just sent” as if we were intruding by calling. We even told her our eta almost 2hrs prior which was accurate, and she commented “oh I didn’t know you actually meant that time.” We should have had the code earlier at 4pm. She told us there would be two types of portable cribs. There was only one, it was a very musty and gross smelling pack n play. I had to clean it myself to feel safe for my baby to sleep on, which we couldn’t even find for a while.. I messaged her that night asking where it is so my baby can sleep there. She only messaged back later the next day. The floors were not washed prior to our arrival because our baby was crawling and her legs were so dirty from the floor. The beds were not as described. We have a king at our home, and whatever “king” she had on the main floor, our feet were sticking off, so most likely a queen bed flipped sideways.. sadly we won’t go back."

"Fabulous cottage in great location in heart of Boca Grande - never stepped foot in a car for the 10 days we recently stayed - walk or bike (or center console from the nearby Boca Grande/Miller's marina) - everywhere"
