"We did not go to the spa. And that other dream resorts we had a choice of top shelf drinks without paying extra. The beach was very small, but the pools were beautiful although I like to walk along a nice long beach."

"Not one bad thing to say about Hyatt Zilara. From the food to the staff, it was perfect. Property is clean and the staff is super friendly. They always made sure we were enjoying our time. Definitely recommend the Blind Butcher for dinner. A lot of food and entertainment during the dinner. The beach is great and we always found a play to sit. We give Zilara a 10/10!!!! Cant wait to go back. And its very close to the airport"

"Had the best vacation at Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana. Everything was clean, the staff were friendly and always helpful. The beach was phenomenal. The resort was always fun because of the daily activities yet also very calming at the same time. The gym was top notch. Special shout out to Jorge at the beach, Elena by the pool, Odalis at guest services and Walma helped us with our luggage. "

"The rooms were decent and cleaned regularly, which I appreciated. However, there was a lack of consistency with what was restocked daily, which became noticeable during the stay. Room service was quite disappointing. Each time I ordered, the wait was around an hour, and unfortunately, the food often arrived cold. The resort itself felt limited in terms of activities, with most things closing fairly early and not much variety available throughout the day or evening. Dining was another downside. Every restaurant had about a one-hour wait just to be seated, followed by an additional 30–40 minutes before food was served. On top of that, the quality of the food was underwhelming overall."
