"We had a wonderful stay at the El Regalo. This boutique hotel is an absolute gem, remote and very private. We went for a walk and saw wild monkeys, it was amazing. The property was absolutely beautiful and very well maintained. The staff were so helpful arranging snorkeling tours and giving advice on where to dine and visit in Boquete. The food was delicious and the drinks were good and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We will definitely return!"

"Isla Palenque was amazing! The staff is wonderfully friendly and helpful. We felt welcomed our entire trip. Our casita was comfortable and offered easy access to the beach. The food at the resort was delicious. The excursions the hotel offered were fun. We appreciated the different options we had. One of the more fun trips we took was to visit Boquete and the cloud forest there. That area was gorgeous. It's a great day trip to take before flying out from David. "We had a Great stay. You get access (5-10min walk) to a great beach for children that is not filled with a bunch of other tourists! It’s not good for surf or snorkeling but wonderful for safe swimming and beach combing. You can take a day trip to islands out in the bay with white sand and clear water which we did and do recommend. Definitely a location you will need a car to get to (SUV is best) to be able to enjoy all the area has to offer. "

"the property and surroundings is amazing, the cliff, the beach. everything was perfect except for the grill. the grill needs some serious cleaning or better yet, replacement of the insides. we wanted to use it but just could not. The main patio doors would not lock, made us who stayed in the main portion of the home feel uncomfortable. Other than those two items, 5 stars!"
