"The food was excellent and a great choice of drinks. The rooms are tired and small and dont get cleaned every day. The hallways were particularly dirty with stained carpets. Then they only do bins and make beds. They never removed any dirty cups or glasses during our stay. The concept is amazing and some parts are outstanding whilst others require a lot of attention."

Some of the apartment is a little bit outdated, such as the fridge that does not close properly.Cleaning was okay, however there still was dust on several places, such as floorboard in the kitchen and under the sofa. Nevertheless, these are small items. We had a very nice stay!"

Something that contains clear instructions for check-in and check-out, WiFi details etc. Whilst all went fairly smoothly I was a little apprehensive about how to get from avoriaz parking to the apartment, picking up the keys at the cafe and got advised of the wrong room number. "Room was immaculate. On departure I cut my finger very badly and the receptionist had no plaster or a first aid kit and eventually found me some toilet roll. Following this we ordered a taxi to the hotel but the lift was shut causing us to have to walk down flights of stairs with blood from my finger going all over my clothes and luggage and then we missed our taxi.
