"Good property. Clean. Great housekeeping staff. Two things: 1) beds don’t have box springs and are not supportive. 2) not very customer oriented at the end. Check out dead 10:30, and the keys were shut off from opening door BEFORE 10:30. Too bad that this is the impression they want to leave at the end."

"I wish they would have a better breakfast selection, also dairy free combinations. We stayed 4 nights, our room was never cleaned. No apologies from the stuff. Had to ask for beach towels, coffee etc. Location was great on the beach with chairs and umbrellas. Also kayaks, jet ski and boats for rent. Close to downtown and restaurants. Lots of parking on premises."

"Great location and great access to the beach. This is a newer hotel and it shows, it's very clean and well kept. I wasn't a fan of the coffee in the cafe but otherwise my stay was wonderful which is reflective in my overall 5 star rating."

"Check in was very easy. The hotel is clean. Could use the carpet cleaned on the high traffic area. The room was very clean. The only ding I would give the room was the bedding. The blanket had hair all over it and none of it was mine. The coverlette looked cheap, like they used old drapes on the bed. Staff was great. Grounds were well maintained. I loved the gazebo. Able to sit in the gazebo catching any breeze. I would stay there again."
