Youngstown State University is approximately 15 minutes away. The inviting front porch welcomes you into the living room, with three bedrooms and a full bathroom tucked down the hallway. The kitchen flows into a spacious family room featuring vaulted ceilings, skylights, a fireplace, formal dining area, and sliding glass doors leading to the back porch.
