"We struggled a bit with the lock box on arrival, but we’re older so probably just operator error. The house was very clean which is a huge plus! Not a ton of things to do right near the house (like coffee shops, farmers market, etc.), but we took a few long drives and the scenery was beautiful and very relaxing. It was perfect for what we came for. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a rental in this area."

"We stayed in this property while my daughter had a soccer tournament nearby. It was 15min from the field, 15min from downtown and 15min from UNCG where she will be attending next year. Perfect amount of space to stretch out in the common area. Small patio with firepit where we enjoyed the sun. We will def be staying here again. Thank you!"

"This was an excellent location near PSU for our family to stay for my sons PSU Grad/Senior Week. Cute and comfortable home with a mix of antique furniture and modern accents. Would be a great location for all PSU events located in a quiet/“nicer” neighborhood thats down the road from one of the local favorites “Waffle House” and several stores/restaurants. Minutes to downtown PSU/Old Main/PSU Football Stadium/Medlar Baseball Field/Hockey Arena/Bryce Jordan Center & Blue Golf course are all...

"The house was roomy and clean. Well stocked for everything we needed. Enough room for all 7 of us, plus enough space to host a family of 10 dinner."

"Communication with host was easy from the start. Questions answered and timely responses. The cottage was just on the edge of Boalsburg which was wonderful and a safe location. The house had everything needed for our family and pet. The backyard was large but shared and our pup did not do well with the chicken coop. Overall the stay was nice and we so much appreciated having all the amenities of home."

"We had a wonderful stay and will hopefully come back yearly! Their home is perfectly clean. It is a great location, about 10 min away from the stadium and downtown state college. It was very spacious and a great property. We cannot wait to return!"

"One nit, no WiFi. Direct TV was great. We were able to watch the Pittsburgh Sports Network. Spacious, clean, comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen. Nice to have the linens and towels included too. Deck in the back had a picnic table, 4 Adirondack chairs, grill and a hot tub! Rain kept us from using the Firepit though. Firewood was not provided but you can buy some right across the street. Will be staying there again!"

"We stayed here for the Penn State vs Michigan game. It was 4 of us so sleeping arrangements were perfect. Great communication with the owner as we had a little trouble with figuring out WiFi and the tv. Lower level definitely chilly but my husband loved it. House was clean and in a great location."

"This is our second time renting this house for our annual golf outing and it's a perfect location to the golf course and town. Very clean and all the amenities that are needed."

"Waking up with a small window in front of you, and the first thing you see when your eyes open is a lush green forest, with trees slowly swaying, water droplets falling from the trees after an early morning rain. Waking up to all of this in a calm environment, in such an interesting space was a dream come true. Thanks for the hospitality and to lauren for being such a wonderful host."
