"This place is amazing. The best place in Phong Nha by far. The staff was so helpful. They booked us airport transfers for $23 USD each was, rented us a scooter to see the caves and suggested to just do the caves ourselves instead of the tours which was so beneficial and smart. Lan was exceptional in arranging everything for us. Spoke great English and knew exactly what we needed to do and set it up for us so everything was smooth and fun. The property is so nice. "Host was the best I could imagine. She helped us with all sorts of service like early check-in, booking tours and travel to our next place. The rooms were unfortunately not as good so takes the rating down. Drain was clogged in our first room. AC did not work to heat or dry the rooms so it was very moist and cold and we were freezing through the night. I can imagine this place being much better on a warm summer day when that is not a problem and the pool also being more useful."

"Our stay here was wonderful. Quiet, nice bed, you can use their bikes to explore. I can’t say enough about the staff. They got us breakfast early and told us we are welcome to use the shower when we were done with our trek. When we went outside by the pool to have a drink at night, they turned on all the string lights just for us. "
