"I have hot flashes so it was important to have central air. It was not clear from the listing that there was no central air just a tiny unit in one bedroom that did little to cool the apartment. The agent was rude and very unhelpful- My son and I left the property after just 2 days- We had paid for a full 5 day stay, but she refused to reimburse any part of the money paid. Very poor customer service skills."

We had to wait 2 hours to gain entry to Zimbali due to the entry code that was not sent to us. We coukd not make use of Zimbali amneties, or order room service. It is false marketing as the place is called Boulders. i spent 30 minutes driving up and down Compensation beach road before finally discovering that the complex is called Boulders and another next door called Coral cove. Maybe just unit number 4 is called Azure Cove"

"This is an older hotel, with Akzo large suites Werth balconies / or Sea views. Just a short drive from beaches and popular Ballito activities. The staff were welcoming and very friendly, while ensuring all my requests were taken care of . The indian cuisine served at the "Dine inn" restaurant is authentic and very delicious! Expect issues With water & electricity- these are issues common for the area and not caused by the hotel or the staff. "
