"Everything was great, however we had a few minor moans for the managers to consider. A 9.30am check out seems very early when you have 12 people to get organised and a house to tidy. I have never had a house that was before 10. Also nothing is open at 9.30 so we all went home rather than use local amenities. The backdoor main lock was falling off its hinges. "Beautiful cottage in a great location. Felt at home straight away with all the amenities and more that you could want. Fantastic location, a stone's throw from the beach. Everything provided was tasteful and of a high spec/standard. Would definitely recommend to others to stay. Lucy was easy to contact and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended. "Brilliant house for a family holiday - lots of space inside and out for the whole family. Very well equipped with everything that you need. Excellent location very close to the beach and pier. Very clean and beautifully decorated throughout. We loved it."

"I would thoroughly recommend this property. Great location, spacious on the ground floor, well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms were fine for us as a family. The property was clean throughout and had everything we needed. Parking is quite tight on the drive but the road is wide and there was plenty of space to park. Will book again!"

"The bungalow was easy to find, had all you needed and accommodated three couples and two under fives easily. Despite the heatwave we kept cool in the garden under the trees and made use of the hosepipe to play! But we were glad we brought our own fan ! Kitchen well equipped , but the icing on the cake would be a set of steamers and a gas not charcoal BBQ. The knives could do with a sharpen . "Great location and the sea view room we had was lovely with high ceiling and huge windows. The room-darkening curtains kept us cool in spite of the heatwave and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and even our dog was made to feel welcome in the dining room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back soon."
