Un petit chalet pour respirer la montagne sur les hauteurs du lac d'annecy.Très bien placé. Pas de vis à vis. Terrasse appréciée pour profiter des soirées d'été. Tranquillité et repos garantis. Ideal pour un couple avec 2 enfants.La literie du lit 140 mériterait d'être remplacée (matelas en mauvais état). Mauvaises nuits de sommeil.Les ustensiles de cuisine sont un peu viellots.Le debit internet et connexion WiFi est très mauvaise.Le coin barbecue est apprécié. Mais il faut veiller à le nettoyer avant son départ. Merci pour les nouveaux arrivants.Accueil agréable. Bonne disponibilité.

Das Chalet ist mit viel Mühe eingerichtet und wirkt schick und gemütlich. Man befindet sich in der Natur, aus dem Grundstück Blick auf Berge, den See sieht man nicht. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Negativ war leider das nicht vorhandene WLAN - man konnte eine Textnachricht verschicken, mehr ging wirklich nicht. Das kann man nicht WLAN nennen. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer hat eine Matratze mit deutlicher Absenkung in der Mitte. So ist man immer in die Mitte gerollt und konnte zu zweit eigentlich nicht schlafen. Zusätzlich ist die Hütte extrem hellhörig. Insgesamt nett und eine witzige Unterkunft, aber deutlich zu teuer für das, was man bekommt.

beau chalet dans un cadre très agréable mais la literie est déplorable ( matelas très creusé... nous l'avons retourné dans tous les sens sans amélioration)! pas suffisamment de place de rangement... Très bien situé et bien équipé

Nous sommes venus passer le réveillon en famille (2 adultes et un bébé de 8 mois). Chalet propre, cocooning et conforme à la description. Accueil chaleureux. Tout est fonctionnel. Proche de la clusaz et d’Annecy. Seul petit bémol : l’insonorisation dans le chalet. Même porte de chambre fermée, nous entendions absolument tout. Cependant, cela n’a pas empêché que nous passions un très bon séjour ! Je recommande !

Le châlet conviendrait mieux à 1 cpuple avec enfants. Nous étions 4 de plus de 60 ans

Châlet très bien tenu et bien équipé dans un cadre très agréable. Petite difficulté pour monter à la mezzanine pour des personnes de plus de 60 ans.

Einfach toll

Wir waren mit unseren Söhnen (6&8 Jahre) in der Unterkunft. Es war perfekt. Nahe des Sees, in einer ruhigen Straße, ein schattiger Garten und ein gemütliches Haus. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Wir kommen wieder!

Magnifique chalet, sous les sapins, au calme et proche des randonnées et d'Annecy. Au niveau équipement, très bien ; nous ne sommes restés que 2 jours mais sur une période de 3 ou 4 semaines un lave-vaisselle serait le bienvenu, peut-être aussi un lave-linge! Les placards à vaisselle sont un peu trop haut pour les gens petits, mais ce n'est qu'un détail. Sinon, parfait et gentillesse de Jessica!
