  • Wake up to the sights, sounds and freshwater smells of the May River, which is just down the street. This absolutely stunning home and carriage house offers 5 bedrooms, 4 full baths, washer/dryer and a chef-ready kitchen. Nestled in the heart of Old Town Bluffton this home is just a quick walk or golf cart ride away from shopping, restaurants, historic sites, parks, public docks, the May River boat launch, and more.

    Walk and explore Old Town Bluffton or take a short 20 min drive to Hilton Head Beach /Island or 30 min drive to Savannah, Ga. Come stay at our charming BOHO (named for its Bohemian style and decor) in Old Town Bluffton, you will be glad you did. It stays booked so if you see it open, book it.

    The Space

    The spacious main house boasts four bedrooms with two King Masters with ensuite bathrooms. There are also two other spacious queen-size bedrooms in the main home with a shared bathroom in the hallway. The kitchen has all-new stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with everything you need to create insta-worthy meals or just a quick snack. Smart TVs are in every room for streaming pleasure. There is a grill outside and outside seating for those awe-inspiring Bluffton sunsets. When it gets dark lighting the night and keeping the fun going around the fire pit, firewood was not provided.

    The carriage house has recently been remodeled and is perfect for two. It has a cozy king size bedroom and it's own full bath and full kitchen. This stunning home comes along with the main house, that's right you get it too. The entire property is yours.

Easy check in. Knew from the address that the house is a little hidden so paying attention to directions from the owners is key. Easy walking distance to Old Town. Pretty neighborhood to walk through on the way. Our group loves Old Town and was glad to find a house nearby that could hold us. Having the Carriage House was great for another bed but the living area of the main house was big enough for everyone to get together. Grill had gas and check out was a breeze. It was nice to be able to leave without having to vacuum, mop, do laundry, paint the fence etc. Would absolutely stay again.

Great location. very comfortable beds. Could use a few more wash clothes! wi-fi was a little confusing as check in instructions were different than what was posted in the house. Door code didn't work at check in time. was able to contact host and he reset. overall i would recommend this property.

Clean, quiet, and worked for what we needed

Property was clean and as listed, worked well as a staging zone for our wedding. Management communication could be improved. Batteries were dead on the door lock, eventually got access to master code after our first night. The carriage house had a strange possible smoke scent, better with windows open. 9 am on checkout they chose to have someone bleach pressure washing the home, blocking the entrance to the home and making loading up a big hassle. Typically not a big deal, but we had a ton of items post-wedding!
