"Condo was very spacious. Plenty of pots & pans, cooking was a breeze. Having a washer & dryer in the unit was wonderful. Beds were super comfy. Our grandchildren had a blast in the perfectly heated pool. It’s a lovely property and we enjoyed our two weeks there. "

"Called to ask for early check in and it was approved by front desk.Front staff saw I was on crutches and I explained I was here for medical recovery overnight and I needed to rest that I could not drive I was dropped off by Uber. Told to go around to backside, there was no step free access or ADA parking and I had to navigate through two heavy closed doors. Staff knocked on door multiple times despite the do not disturb sign on door and then called my room multiple times. I called front desk reminded them I had approved check in early by front desk. Manger forgot and staff attempted to bully me out of the room so they could deep clean carpets. Refused and reminded them I was there for medical recovery. Overall just horrible I didn’t get the rest I needed to. No manager available in the morning and couldn’t get a receipt. Avoid this location. "
