"This was a one night stay as a travel thru. Pros: Corner room, Handicap accessible, Clean, enough towels, coffee pods and maker in the room, cable TV with movie channels. Comfortable bed. Just what we needed after 12 hours of driving. Refrigerator and microwave. Cons: No lounge chair as advertised. Makes it hard to get dressed in morning for the mobility challenged. Check-in was probmatic as they require a deposit for incidentals and they kept telling me my CC didn't work even though my bank notified me that the charge had been made (text). Seemed it had been happening alot as I watched the man in front of me use three different cards before the clerk said it went. Hmmm... 15 minutes later after I scanned mine and recieved the text mine came thru. Pretty sure it's a computer communication problem and nothing nefarious. Just be aware it's there. - Y'all need an IT person -"

"I love staying at the Microtel In Winchester VA. It's close to highway exit and many options for dining. The staff are amazing and friendly. The rooms are always clean. Highly recommend it....and I will be back."

"Everything you could need as far as the room. Also a very convenient restaurant attached to the hotel. Only wish is that the containers for shampoo and conditioner were easier to use and that the tiles in the bathroom weren't so slippery when wet!"

"We enjoyed having a large room with a sofa but found numerous dog hairs and human hair in towels and carpet. My grandson is allergic to certain dogs and he coughed the entire 3 days."
