"We went in the off season. The owners and staff were very attentive. I highly recommend the food there for all meals just make sure to tell them in advance you'll be eating there. Travel from Negril to the retreat if you drive there. If dont you will drive through very hard to drive in mountains (at least for an American). It is very beautiful and remote. We do plan on coming back for the food and amazing veiws and recomending it to out friends and families."

"This was my first time visiting Breathless, and it was simply amazing! The staff was very accommodating, very professional, the selection of food was pretty good, although we never did find oxtails. The hotel itself was beautiful outside and inside, however the room did have a few quirks. For example, the fridge was not working when we first got there, but they did send someone up to switch it out. Also, they cleaned daily, which was cool and the amenities such as the pool, the gym, the beach and coffee bar were top tier! Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to check out the rooftop restaurant because it was always booked, but the restaurant on the main level always had a variety buffet with fresh vegetables and fruits and native cuisine. We loved, our stay in Jamaica at breathless and we will definitely be back. Maybe next time we’ll try Secrets☺️"

"The customer service exhibited by the receptionists on our arrival and departure was par excellance The waitress who served us breakfast was v nice friendly and polite. We chose to have a Jamaican breakfast that was artisically arranged,the taste was exquisite but so much food we could not finish it!!!!
