"The thing that stood out was the friendly staff at the desk who greeted everyone with a smile.. the hotel itself was a convenient locationcomfortable and well taken care of, super clean. "

"Customer service extraordinary. Only ONE suggestion for improvement! We're a vintage couple and the hostess in bar seated us next to a party with very young, loud, unruly and distracting children. Since there were other tables open, the hostess might be made sensitive to a better seating option for us "geriatrics" who reared our own children with thoughts toward appropriate behavior in restaurants. Otherwise, our waiter was simply wonderful and the food was spectacular! Essentially, I have go complaint...just that one little bit to add to the hostess job description."
