"We loved our stay at Glenstone! All of the staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Just a short walk to downtown Gatlinburg and trolley accessible. The restaurant inside was very convenient. We can’t wait to plan our next stay! "

"Location of the elevator is inconvenient. You have to walk all the way to one end to use it and then walk all the way back to the other end where the room was. Hotel was pretty good otherwise. Area around the hotel is a bit run down"

"Hotel was very nice, new and clean and could walk to town. Breakfast was good and service was great. A/c nice and cool, comfortable bed. Free parking was great, but the spaces were tight. Only complaint was the people above me were noisy, but that’s not the hotel‘s fault. They did say they would handle it and it got a little better. Recommend the top floor. "
